Post Master Cleanse

I wasn't able to make it to the 14th day of MC because when I checked the fridge there's no more maple syrup and I don't want to buy another bottle anymore. Anyway, I think 13 days is more than enough for me since my initial plan was only 10 days. Hopefully my digestive system is now healed and beter than before.

The next stage- Day 14- I enjoyed my orange juice the whole day. :) I spent 1 hour squeezing 6 oranges to make up to 2-3 cups of orange juice. I added some water to fill the two-liter bottle. I also added maple syrup to give me some energy.

The next day I decided to have 2 oranges each mealtime which was not a good a good idea after all. I felt very weak and hungry at the end of the day. So that night, I decided to prepare a carrot-pumkin-shrimp soup. I felt heaven while eating the soup. It was super yummy. I also eat the shrimp meat :). I did not feel anything bad except from my a bit churning from my stomach that night.
