I added the cayenne powder to my laxative tea last night. It tasted awful but since I read the benefits of cayenne on health I decided to give it a try.
I woke up at 4.30 in the morning for my hated trip to the toilet. I felt very weak after :( Today's lemonade is slightly sweeter than my usual mix. I think it was because I put exactly 12 spoonful of maple syrup. Lemonade today is Love. I have put it in a smaller bottle (1.5 Litre) and left the juice for dinner at home. I'm planning to exercise later this afternoon as my only exercise per se this past few days was walking home from the MRT station. My tummy is still big waahh and I want to make it smaller at the end of the cleanse.
